What to send
- Artwork: vector preferred (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). A 300 dpi PNG works for embroidery.
- Quantity, and whether it splits across colors.
- Style number (Richardson 112, YP 6606, etc.) and hat colors. Sizes are not needed for hats.
- Decoration: flat embroidery, 3D puff, leather patch (glued or sewn), or a combo.
- In-hands date if you have one. Standard is 28 days from proof approval.
What happens next
- We reply with a per-hat price and any one-time fees.
- You approve, we send a digital proof showing the logo or patch at size on the hat.
- You approve the proof. Production starts and the 28-day clock begins.
