About Bulk Trucker Hats

Bulk Trucker Hats is the trucker-cap arm of Battle Born Clothing, a custom apparel decorator at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, NV 89447. One shop, one set of machines, one price sheet.

What we run

• Two single-head commercial embroidery machines: a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle, with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames.
• An OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser for leather patches, in use since 2020.
• A two-platen VEVOR hat press for our proprietary patch heat-glue process.
• Screen printing (plastisol, water-based, discharge) with a conveyor dryer, for shirts and the occasional foam trucker run.

Where the hats come from

Blanks come from SanMar (Reno warehouse first, then the next closest) and S&S Activewear. We are a Zapped Headwear dealer and buy Decky direct. We are an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO. Melin hats we decorate only when the customer supplies them.

How we work

• No hard minimum on embroidery or leather patch.
• Digital proof before every production run.
• Standard turnaround 28 days from proof approval; rush quoted per job.
• Free redo on our own errors.
• No team or company online stores, no woven patches, no in-house DTF printing. DTF transfers are outsourced to DTF Tribe in Carson City and pressed here.
