Cap embroidery for bulk trucker hats
Battle Born Clothing embroiders trucker hats on two commercial single-head machines, a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle, with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames. Every bulk run gets a digital proof first.

Add the blank. On a Richardson 112 ($13.50) that is $20.00 all-in at 48 and $18.50 at 144. Digitizing is $18.99 once per design and is not charged again on reorders.
Flat embroidery
The standard. Satin and fill stitches follow your vector art. Thread colors are matched from the Rapos chart; send Pantone references if you have them. Text should be at least 0.25 in tall; fine lines at least 0.04 in wide. We flag anything smaller on the proof.
3D puff embroidery
Foam under the stitches gives raised letters and shapes. It works on structured fronts (Richardson 112, 168, 511, Flexfit 6511) and suits bold block type. It does not suit thin serifs, small text or gradients. 3D puff is quoted per job because foam and stitch counts vary by design.
Second locations
- Side hit: a small logo or text on the left or right panel.
- Back arch: text over the mesh opening, on hats with a solid back like the Richardson 312.
- Visor edge: short text or an icon on the bill.
Each is a separate design and a second pass. Quoted per design once we see the art.
What to send
- Vector art (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) or a 300 dpi PNG.
- Finished width you want, or let us size it to the hat.
- Thread colors or Pantone numbers.
- Quantity and style.

Questions
What is the stitch limit on the standard price?
6,000 stitches. Most front logos run 4,000 to 7,000. Over 6,000 we quote the design individually.
Do you charge digitizing on reorders?
No. The $18.99 digitizing fee is once per design. We keep the file.
Can you embroider hats we already own?
Yes. Decoration price for the tier plus $2 per item handling. Expect an industry-standard spoilage allowance of about 4 percent; we aim for zero.
